Shipping, Delivery Times & Returns

We will ship all items ordered by 12pm for delivery next working day within most locations in Ireland. In the current situation, please allow extra time for delivery.

Delivery time on orders placed before 12pm is normally next working day unless otherwise advised but please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and up to 12pm on Monday will be shipped on Monday.

Oversize Items Carriage Charge:

Please note that oversize items may not qualify for free carriage and incur a carriage surcharge. Please refer to item description to confirm if a carriage surcharge applies.

Out of Stock Items:

Here at Totally Toys our website is live; this means that generally only items in stock appear for sale. In the unlikely event that an item from your order is unavailable, we will dispatch those goods that are in stock and inform you of the expected date for subsequent deliveries.

Force Majeure:

Totally Toys shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, Health Pandemic or industrial action affecting Totally Toys or Castlebar Tool Hire Company ltd t/a Totally Toys Ltd. its suppliers, service providers, partners or agents.

Returns:

If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, please return within 28 days to:

or return to our store.

All Returns are at the buyers expense.

We recommend you use recorded delivery as proof of postage is not proof of receipt.

Replacement items will also incur carriage charge which must be paid prior to despatch of new goods.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Please include a completed note with the reason for return, your name address & telephone no and/or the product information for the exchange. Totally Toys reserves the right to refuse any returns where it is apparent that this requirement has not been met. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 working days to be processed after the item is received back. As soon as your refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that an item reaches you in less than perfect condition, the item is not working properly or the item is faulty, simply send it back to us with a full description of the fault and we will refund or replace the item for you.

Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging with all labels still intact.

Delivery:

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however, if an exchange is required, due to change of mind, you will be charged at cost for the delivery of the new product.

Sale of Goods:

Any and all contracts for sale of goods between Totally Toys and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you and Castlebar Tool Hire Company ltd t/a Totally Toys irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
